On Three Communication Design Inc. is moving to Summerside, and we’re offering free office space to the city’s young entrepreneurs.

We have been inspired by the young people we’ve met in Summerside who are taking on the challenge of starting their own business ventures. Beginning this summer, we will have extra office space available and we will be selecting up to three young entrepreneurs to be our co-tenants, free of charge.

You will share an office with other young business people and our team from On Three, and we will be offering marketing and business planning support to help you launch your idea. It is a place for you to have meetings, sell your product or service and connect with people that can help you be successful.

Here’s how you can apply:

Submit a proposal to summersideyouth@onthree.ca. Your proposal should be no more than two pages, and should include:

• A summary of your business idea
• How you plan to market and sell your idea
• How many people will be working in your business
• Whether it is a new or existing business
• Your goals for your business in 2010

We will choose up to three successful applicants with the help of a committee made up of local business people. Successful applicants will be asked to make a presentation to the committee.
The contest closes May 31, 2010.

• Only successful applicants will be contacted for a presentation to the committee
• Applicants will have access to a desk, computers and meeting room facilities
• Applicants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times - On Three reserves the right to reject any applicant, or to rescind the offer if the applicant violates our code
  of conduct
• Applicants must be full-time Summerside residents
